PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy laminated plate and a laminated plate subjected to heating corresponding to brazing, each of which is excellent in fatigue characteristics and capable of reducing thickness of the laminated plate subjected to heating corresponding to brazing such as an aluminum alloy radiator tube, or an aluminum alloy brazing sheet. SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy laminated plate or the laminated plate subjected to heating corresponding to brazing is composed of at least a core aluminum alloy sheet 2 and an anticorrosive aluminum alloy sacrificial material 3 cladded thereon. The core aluminum alloy sheet 2 has a specified 3000-series composition, Further, the area ratio in the Cube orientation of the direction of 45 degrees to a rolling direction is increased in the texture of the core aluminum alloy sheet 2 to impart better fatigue characteristics.
