<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reader/writer capable of correctly demodulating an ASK (Amplifier Shift Keying) modulation wave being a received signal by suppressing a value of a DC offset outputted from a mixer even when a leakage signal power given to the mixer is greatly changed. <P>SOLUTION: The reader/writer provided with a transmission section for transmitting a transmission signal resulting from a baseband signal modulated by a local oscillation wave, a homodyne detector 112 for comparing a phase of the received signal received in response to the transmission signal with a phase of the local oscillation wave, and a reception section for demodulating a detection output signal extracted by the homodyne detector 112, is furthermore provided with a phase adjustment means 201 for adjusting the phase of the leakage signal leaked to the reception section at the transmission of the transmission signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
