The guide (1) has a guide element (2) moved relative to another guide element (3) in a moving direction (T). A linear bearing (4) is arranged between the guide elements. The linear bearing has running paths for a ball (7), where the running paths are arranged at or in the guide elements. The ball is arranged between the running paths. One of the running paths has starting elements (9, 10) made of elastic material and exerting a spring force on the ball to press the ball away from the guide elements.
