<p>The present invention has its object to provide: a rubber composition which includes a novel polymer having a specific nitrogen-containing compound and has an excellent balance between fuel economy and wet grip performance; and a tire produced using the rubber composition, which has the above properties.</p><p><Paragraphs id="pa02" num="0002" xmlns:base="http://www.sipo.gov.cn/XMLSchema/base">The present invention relates to a polymer obtainable by copolymerizing a conjugated diene compound and/or an aromatic vinyl compound with a nitrogen-containing compound having a specific structure.</p>
