PURPOSE: A water leakage prevention plate for tunnel construction is provided to effectively prevent water leakage as water on the surface contacting a waterproof layer is drained except the boundary side of the concrete. CONSTITUTION: A water leakage prevention plate(1) for tunnel construction comprises a water leakage prevention plate body(10), a water leakage prevention blade, a guide draining groove(40), and a guide draining path. The water leakage prevention plate body is formed into a board-shape. The water leakage prevention plate body is formed of the same material as the material of the waterproof sheet attached with the water leakage prevention plate body. The water leakage prevention blade is projected from one side of the water leakage prevention plate body.
