The method involves detecting gas quantity accumulation critical parameter in fluid cycle, where the parameter is changed into two partial quantities. One of the partial quantities is dissolved or absorbed in the fluid, particularly the solar fluid (F). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for extending the operating time of a system with a closed fluid cycle, particularly a solar heating system with a solar fluid cycle; and (2) a solar heating system.
