<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating/sealing device for a ball screw which can realize the contact oil supply capable of stably supplying lubricating oil for a long period of time while keeping a merit of eliminating the complication of a lubricating mechanism and a merit of absorbing and holding a larger amount of a lubricant, and moreover, which is also provided with a sealing function. <P>SOLUTION: The lubricating/sealing device for a ball screw is composed by holding a plurality of seal sheets, which have a hole corresponding to an axially perpendicular cross-sectional shape of a screw groove of a ball screw shaft, to a frame-shaped ring by circumferentially displacing and overlapping them and by mounting them to the end part of a ball nut. A plurality of the seal sheets are composed by impregnating lubricating oil into a felt-like material composed of a fiber body formed by three-dimensionally fusing resin fiber and a rubber elastic body. The circumferentially displaced and overlapped outer peripheral face is fixed to the inner peripheral face of the frame-shaped ring by an adhesive in a plurality of the seal sheets. The lubricating oil is impregnated into each seal sheet after inserting and fixing a plurality of the seal sheets in the frame-shaped ring by circumferentially displacing and overlapping a plurality of the seal sheets. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
