PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing apparatus capable of attaching information associated with music or the like having been heard by a user in imaging to imaging data. SOLUTION: The data processing apparatus includes: imaging data capturing means (22, 21a) for capturing imaging data; an attachment processing means (21d) for attaching audio related data with respect to audio data having been reproduced at a date and time of the imaging data to the imaging data; and a recording control means (21c) for recording the image data to which the audio related data are attached by the attachment processing means to a recording medium (25).
