摘要 PURPOSE: A method and a device of controlling automatic gain of receiving signal in a wireless communication using frequency hopping are provided to minutely control receiving gain by each hopping frequency, thereby preventing deterioration of system performance according to the change of receiving signal level. CONSTITUTION: A gain amplifier uses preset gain value to amplify a signal which frequency is converted. A receiving power measuring unit(27) measures a power of the amplified signal. A demodulator(25) demodulates the amplified signal to a baseband signal including information of gaining frequency synchronization included in the amplified signal and/or start information of interval of frequency stabilization. The interval of frequency stabilization is set to guarantee the time of frequency stabilization when changing a frequency for frequency hopping. A gain adjuster(28) compares an average value of a target power and receiving power, thereby controlling the set gain value.
