PURPOSE: A flyback converter is provided to reduce the size of an entire circuit by using a capacitor with small capacitance in a switching controller. CONSTITUTION: A transforming part(10) transforms an input voltage to a predetermined level according to the turns ratio of a first side coil and a second side coil. An output part(20) rectifies a voltage signal which is outputted from the transforming part to a DC signal. A switching part(30) controls the switching of the first side power according to a switching control signal. A switching control part(40) controls the operation of the switching part according to a voltage signal from the transforming part. The switching control part comprises a detection coil, an oscillation transformer, and an oscillation capacitor. The detection coil detects power which is outputted from the transformer. One side terminal of the oscillation capacitor is connected to one side terminal of the detection coil.
