<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator device capable of preventing secondary disaster caused by occurrence of floor rubbing or running while a door is opened. <P>SOLUTION: A car 1 of the elevator can be fixed to a story floor position by fitting landing place fixed metal units 5a, 5b being fitting parts provided on each story floor in a shaft into fixing needles 6a, 6b being fitted parts provided on a car 1 side of the elevator. The door of the car can be locked by a locking channel 12 provided on a door side of the car and a locking piece 11 provided at a position opposing to a position of the locking channel 12 while the door of the car is closed. Fixing/opening of the fitting part and locking/unlocking of the locking piece are controlled by an actuator part in a remote-control manner or automatically. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
