<p>An absorption chiller is disclosed that uses membrane distillation to concentrate a weak absorbent solution. The membrane distillation process employs low temperature heat to vaporization water from a weak absorbent solution on one side of a membrane contactor and condenses the vapor on the other side of the membrane contactor where water refrigerant is circulated.</p> |
