PURPOSE: An insulating material, a manufacturing device, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the outer appearance of a surface exposing first polyethylene terephthalate film by color printing. CONSTITUTION: An insulating material comprises the following: a polyethylene form(13) forming a base; a non-woven fabric(15) adhered in the lower side of the polyethylene form; and a first polyethylene terephthalate film(11) including an embossing(12), in which an exposing surface is printed with colors. A second polyethylene terephthalate film is attached to the lower side of the non-woven fabric. A supporting plate(121) and an aluminum film(123) is successively adhered to the lower side of the polyethylene form.
