PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and effectively make planning and evaluation of vehicles. SOLUTION: In the simulation system, the field of view of the driver of a virtual vehicle is simulatingly displayed on the screen of a display device, by moving the virtual vehicle of the plan on a virtual road in a three-dimensional virtual space. A video representing the field of view of the driver of the virtual vehicle is displayed, while a gazing point position indication image is displayed according to gazing point data indicating the position gazed by the driver, when running on the virtual road. At this time, the video can be displayed in a first mode, wherein the video is displayed with the gazing point position indication image fixed on the screen and in a second mode, wherein the video is displayed with the gazing point position indication image moving on the screen.
