<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low-cost delicious health food having high nutritive value through effectively using rice bran. <P>SOLUTION: The composition of the low-cost delicious health food having high nutritive value is obtained by using tapioca grains stuck with rice bran as a by-product of wash-free rice processing using tapioca grains as an auxiliary material.
