Fuel cell with humidity control

摘要

The fuel cell has a main cell and an auxiliary cell sharing a common electrolyte (21) and having separate electrode, where the auxiliary cell is arranged at the periphery of the main cell. A measuring unit measures the humidity ratio of the electrolyte. A control unit and a switching unit operate the main and auxiliary cells in parallel on a same load or separately on two different loads. A humidity ratio measurement unit comprises impedance measurement unit. The control unit comprises a disconnecting unit that is utilized for periodically disconnecting the auxiliary cell from the main cell.
