The system has a pricking element carrier strip (1) supporting a pricking element. A strip transport device (6) brings the pricking element in a usage position by transport of the pricking element carrier strip. A pricking drive (7) sets the pricking element in a pricking movement. Test elements are provided with detection reagents for examination of a body fluid sample. A test element-carrier strip (3) supports the test elements. The carrier strips with strip sections rest on each other, where the strip sections support unused test elements and/or unused pricking element. |
