<p>The device has a pad (2) and a frame (3), where outer boundary surface of pad and an inner boundary surface of the frame run vertically. Adjacent surfaces of the pad and the frame are together formed as a sliding surface, which enables the sliding of the outer boundary surface of pad at the inner boundary surface of the frame. A base (6) of rubber or rubbery-elastic plastic is designed between a rail foot and a carrier plate (4). A sliding element (5) is formed between the outer boundary surface of pad and the inner boundary surface of the frame.</p> |
