Ski including a vibration damping system

The ski (1) has front and rear blades (20a, 20b) whose parts are fixed to a gliding board (5) in a central mounting area of ski bindings (3, 4) and extended towards front and rear ends (6, 8) of board by other parts of blades comprising a damping unit of vibrations. The parts are received in a housing arranged in ends. The unit provides damping contact zones between the part and housing for damping vibrations of board. The unit has damping inserts housed in insert holes in the latter set of parts. Each insert cooperates with a fixing screw (31) fixed to the board for damping ski vibrations.
