<p>The invention relates to a method for determining an instantaneous emission power level for a radio communication terminal, wherein said terminal carries out a check of the instantaneous emission power thereof as a function of a set power, said method comprising a step for regulating said instantaneous emission power comprising evaluating N parameters which can be given the respective indices i, with i varying from 1 to N, representing respectively the cumulated difference between the instantaneous emission power and an average threshold power over N time windows which are such that the duration of the time window corresponding to the value of the index i is less than the duration of the time window corresponding to the value of the index i-1, carrying out a succession of tests (E2) to verify if said parameters with respective indices i representing the cumulated differences are positive starting from the index i= 1 and for the successive indices i and if the index j is negative or zero the succession of tests is interrupted and the determination of a regulatory factor to apply to the index power to give an instantaneous emission power as a function of the index j.</p> |
