<p>PURPOSE: A vibration-molded antibacterial heating yellow soil-plate, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the generation of cracks of the yellow soil-plate, and to improve the antibacterial property of the place using a natural antibacterial substance. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a vibration-molded antibacterial heating yellow soil-plate(100) comprises a step of successively laminating a first antibacterial yellow soil-mixture layer(101), a first mesh layer(102), a second antibacterial yellow soil-mixture layer(103), a cotton sheet-type heating element layer(104), a third antibacterial yellow soil-mixture layer(105), a second mesh layer(106), and a fourth antibacterial yellow soil-mixture layer(107), and vibration-molding the plate.</p> |
