PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a waterproof coating agent composition which is quickly curable is provided to be strongly attached to the whole surface of a structure, to obtain semi-permanent durability, and to have excellent flexibility at a low temperature. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a waterproof coating agent composition using a composition having a base material of styrene butadiene styrene comprises the following steps: obtaining a raw material which is quickly curable of a bitumen state by mixing methyl ethyl ketone and toluene with the styrene butadiene styrene; manufacturing a liquid coating agent by chopping the raw material and mixing the chopped material with an antifoaming agent and a stabilizer; and mixing the coating agent with talc and a pigment and mixing the mixture with isopropyl phenylamine alcohol and solvated ethylene.
