PURPOSE: A blind apparatus is provided to prevent the inflow of abrupt rainwater and to control visitor access by being fixed to a frame. CONSTITUTION: A blind apparatus(100) comprise a blade member, a support member, an opening and shutting wire, and an angle adjusting wire. The blade member comprises a first extension section, a second extension section, a fixing frame, and a locking portion. The first extension section is extended from the front end to the rear part. The second extension section is inclined downward from the end of the first extension section. The fixing frame is coupled with the protrusion. The protrusion is projected from the lower end of the support member. The locking portion is inserted into a penetrated hole. The support member supports the lower surface of the lowest blade member among the blade members. The opening and shutting wire is extended upward to pass through the blade members from the support member. |
