PURPOSE: A concrete reinforcement method using a punched steel plate and a carbon bar is provided to facilitate construction as concrete surface is welded and integrated with a carbon bar. CONSTITUTION: A concrete reinforcement method using a punched steel plate and a carbon bar comprises following steps. Both ends of a punched steel plate(50) are bent. The bent punched steel plate is surrounded by a carbon bar(40) so as to form a reinforcing material(70). An insertion hole(20) is formed by crashing concrete surface(10). Epoxy resin paste(30) is applied on the concrete surface contacted with the inlet and the punched steel plate.
