PURPOSE: A two-dimensional virtual array probe for three-dimensional ultrasonic imaging is provided to achieve the performance of a non-destructive inspection device similar to an inspection device having multiple transducers. CONSTITUTION: A two-dimensional virtual array probe for three-dimensional ultrasonic imaging comprises an ultrasonic transducer(100), a probe body(200), a piezoelectric sheet member(300), and a controller(400). The probe body is made of aluminum and comprises a groove part(220) and an ultrasonic radiation part. The piezoelectric sheet member is arranged on the upper side of the ultrasonic radiation part in order to contact with a test object, allows the ultrasonic waves emitted from the probe to pass through the test object, and senses the ultrasonic waves reflected from the test object and outputs a sensing signal. The controller controls the ultrasonic transducer. |
