One embodiment of the present invention is a substrate having a pattern comprising a transparent substrate and a grid partition wall pattern formed on the transparent substrate, wherein there are openings partitioned by the grid partition wall pattern, and wherein there is a pass through the grid partition wall pattern between at least two adjacent openings.
