PURPOSE: A device for tracking the location of the sound source of a voice signal is provided to reduce repeated discrete-Fourier-transform calculation by previously shortening the section of a delay time. CONSTITUTION: A cross power spectrum calculator(130) converts a first input signal and a second input signal of a time axis which are inputted through a plurality of receivers to the input signals of a frequency axis. A cross power spectrum between the first input signal and the second input signal is calculated. A harmonic frequency selector(140) selects a specific frequency of the harmonic component of the cross power spectrum. A harmonic phase section estimator(150) counts the phase of harmonic components based on a pre-set delay-time section. A specific delay-time section which includes harmonic phases as many as possible is selected. A delay-time calculator(160) calculates the delay-time between input signals and estimates the location of sound source using a harmonic component in a specific delay-time section.
