STRUCTURE OF A VANE PLATE FOR A WINDMILL, CAPABLE OF CONVERTING WIND INTO ELECTRICAL ENERGY

PURPOSE: A structure of a vane plate for a windmill is provided to enable the power generation at high efficiency by manufacturing a vane plate in a symmetric airfoil through a resin corrugated cardboard. CONSTITUTION: In the structure of a vane plate for a windmill, glue made of resin is applied on the both sides of a resin corrugated cardboard(12). A release paper is welded on the glue. The release paper is removed and multiple resin corrugated cardboards are laminated and welded. The multiple laminated resin corrugated cardboards forms a double sided vane plate. A sub vane plate(2) is formed at the rear end of the double sided vane plate. An outer sheath(13) is formed on the whole vane plate.
