SOLID PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION COMPRISING AMLODIPINE AND LOSARTAN

摘要

PURPOSE: A solid pharmaceutical composition containing amlodipine and losartan is provided to prevent or treat cardiovascular diseases with high elution rate. CONSTITUTION: A solid pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cardiovascular diseases contains losartan and amlodipine as active ingredients. The composition also contains two or more disintegrants selected among sodium starch glycolic acid, croscarmellose sodium, and crospovidone. The disintegrant is contained in 2.5-30 weight% based on total weight. Cardiovascular diseases are angina, hypertension, artery lead-acid, cardiac arrhythmia, cerebral infarction, and congestive heart failure.
