PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a light reflection block is provided to improve visibility by reflecting light using multiple glass beads and to guide a driver and a pedestrian. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a light reflection block is as follows. Multiple glass beads are put into concave holes of a plate(100). The plate is placed in a chamber. A part of the surface of the glass beads which are not accepted in the concave holes is coated with stain and aluminum or amalgam(200). The plate with the coated glass beads is moved to a mold, and cement mixture is placed(300). The placed cement mixture is cured(400).
