PURPOSE: A backlight unit including a substrate with an attached reflective plate having a diode hole and a display device equipped with the same are provided to improve color mixing distance by arranging a lens and mounting an LED chip on the substrate having the reflective plate. CONSTITUTION: A reflective plate(123) having a plurality of diode holes(124) is attached onto a substrate(122). A light emitting diode(125) is arranged on a substrate through a diode hole. A resin material(126) is formed in the diode hole. An optical sheet is arranged on the substrate. A bottom cover is arranged under the substrate. A lens is formed on the resin material.
