DISPLAY DEVICE AND DRIVING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A display device and a driving method thereof are provided to improve a display property by preventing the deterioration of brightness due to a touch screen panel. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of pixels comprises an infrared radiation device and an infrared sensor. The infrared sensor senses an infrared ray(IR2) reflected by a touch image contacted with the outside among the infrared rays(IR1) generated from the infrared radiation device. The infrared sensor includes a gate electrode, a semiconductor, a source electrode, and a drain electrode. A semiconductor is overlapped with the gate electrode while interposing an insulation layer. The drain electrode is electrically connected to the semiconductor and faces the source electrode around the semiconductor.
