PURPOSE: A packing box is provided to enable a user to easily grip a handle hole by forming a piece to be folded on a connection part of front and rear flaps and an assisting flap and forming a handle space when the piece is folded. CONSTITUTION: A packing box comprises: a main body(10); a partition which is inserted into the center of the main body and includes a handle hole(42) which is formed on an upper handle(41); left and right flaps(20) including a cut combining aperture(21); front and rear flaps(30) which are extended from the front and rear of the main body; and an assisting flap(31) having left and right ends which are fitted into the combining aperture of the left and right flaps.
