PURPOSE: A method of measuring a pulse period is provided to improve the stability of motor speed control by measuring the delay time of a process. CONSTITUTION: In a state scanning step, input signals are sampled to detect the state of the signal. In a containment period informing step, a containment period is informed. The state of signal is changed from the second state to a first state in a first change. In a period measurement step, the measurement of the period of a current pulse is complete in a second change.
