PURPOSE: A sliding module rotating and sliding a second body about a first main body and a portable terminal including the same are provided to expose the entire sides of the first main body on a sliding locus of the second body. CONSTITUTION: A second body(200) is combined to a first main body(100). A rotator is installed to the second body and is combined to one side of a base. A slit prepares in the second body and is combined by a fixing holder of the base. The base connecting point of the slit and the rotator is located at the same radius from the center of the slit and the rotator. The rotator comprises an elastic member equipped with the fixed end and hinged end.
