PURPOSE: A dehydrator is provided to reduce an operating time and power consumption by independently operating rotate assemblies by a user. CONSTITUTION: A dehydrator comprises an internal gear plate(1), a mount base(2), a push plate(3), a transmission assembly(4), a rotate assembly(5) and a batten(6). The internal gear plate is meshed with a slave gear. A mounting hole(22) and a position fixing pin(23) are installed in both surveying table(21) of the mount base. The guide groove of flanks(33) of the push plate corresponds to the position fixing pin of the mount base. The first and second gear of the transmission assembly is controlled by a gear plate. The first and second gear plates are mesh with one another. A rotary shaft of the rotate assembly is combined with the slave gear of the inner gear plate.
