PURPOSE: A roller hemming unit of a roller hemming apparatus is provided to continuously monitor a load applied to a shaft assembly and immediately detect the load less than a proper load. CONSTITUTION: A roller hemming unit of a roller hemming apparatus comprises a housing, a shaft assembly, an anti-rotation housing(40), a supporting part(50), a pressure sensor module(60), an elastic member(70), and a roller part(80). The shaft assembly is arranged in the housing and slide in the longitudinal direction. The anti-rotation housing guides the longitudinal sliding of the shaft assembly and prevents the rotation of the shaft assembly. The supporting part is arranged on one end on the longitudinal axis of the shaft assembly. The pressure sensor module senses the pressure applied to the shaft assembly. The elastic member elastically supports the shaft assembly. The roller part is arranged on the other end of the shaft assembly and processes a panel. |
