PURPOSE: A rehabilitation exerciser is provided to enable a user to strengthen an erect core easily for effectively coping with diseases. CONSTITUTION: A rehabilitation exerciser includes: a coxa rehabilitation exerciser which is used to fix the upper body in a lying posture and to strengthen the pelvis and abdomen and waist through the lower body motion which is symmetrically synchronized with a weight; a waist joint rehabilitation exerciser which is used to reinforce the waist and abdomen using the upper body motion which is synchronized with a weight and to fix the lower arms and the pelvis in a line in a lying posture; and a stretching rehabilitation exerciser which is used to alleviate the tension and pain around the back and shoulder muscle via muscle exercise of the back and shoulder portion using hands and arms in a sitting posture. |
