PURPOSE: A scheduling method in an efficient wireless communications system in an energy surface is provided to maximize total transmission traffic while maintaining network lifetime and cell efficiency of the wireless communication device. CONSTITUTION: A specific terminal is selected of a plurality of terminals(S110). The wireless resource receives channel state information from the selected terminals(S140). The terminal transmits or receives to the allocated wireless resource(S150). The transmission-reception function is deactivated. The selected terminal obtains the channel state information. The transmission-reception function is deactivated for the transmission period.
