<p>PURPOSE: An illumination management device of an underground parking lot is provided to successively turn on or off a plurality of lighting devices by recognizing the movement of people or vehicle at the underground parking lot through an image recognition camera. CONSTITUTION: An image recognition camera(10) senses the movement of people or vehicles at the entrance of the underground parking lot or arbitrary place. An image recognition unit(20) analyzes the movement of people or vehicles based on the signal of an image recognition camera. A position reading unit(30) is connected to the image recognition unit. The position reading unit reads the position of people or vehicles. An illumination controller(40) successively turns on or off a plurality of lighting devices(50) according to the signal of the position reading unit.</p> |
