PURPOSE: A blue organic light emitting device is provided to improve current efficiency and power efficiency by controlling the energy level of the materials of an electron transport layer. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(500) is formed on a substrate(600). A hole transport layer is formed on a first electrode. A blue light emitting layer is formed on the hole transport layer. An electron transport layer is formed on the blue light emitting layer. A second electrode(300) is formed on the electron transport layer. An energy gap between a HOMO(Highest Occupied Molecular Orbital) and LUMO(Lowest Unoccupied Molecular Orbital) of the electron transport layer is 2.8eV or greater.
