PURPOSE: A decorative material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the aesthetic effect including the stereoscopic perception and the gradation of the material. CONSTITUTION: A decorative material comprises the following: a polymer film(110) including an unevenness pattern formed with a UV curable resin; a transparent layer(150) attached to the polymer film; a bonding layer(170) attaching the transparent layer by filling the space between the transparent layer and the unevenness pattern; a metal layer(130) formed on the polymer film without the unevenness pattern; and a protective layer(140) protecting the metal layer.
