PURPOSE: A terminal for receiving an image controlling an input signal according to the movement of a user and a method for controlling the input signal according to the movement of a user in the same are provided to perform an input function of the terminal for receiving an image according to the movement, thereby inputting an input signal to the terminal for receiving an image without pressing an input key. CONSTITUTION: A comparison unit(140) compares acquired image of a camera unit(110) and stored original image of a memory unit(120). If the images are the same and the same situation lasts during predetermined time, a control unit(150) controls an input of a power on signal or random input signal about a terminal for receiving an image. If the voice or sound is as same as original voice and sound stored in the memory unit, an option changing unit(160) changes selection option of the terminal for receiving an image.
