PURPOSE: A method of collecting DTMF digit map based on a voice XML document is provided to collect continuous DTMF of a specific pattern and a distance by applying a tag which describes digit map in a VXML document, thereby reducing complexity of making a service scenario. CONSTITUTION: A VXML(Voice eXtensible Displayup Language) analyzing unit analyzes service scenario of the VXML file(S10). A service generator generates service according to the analyzed service scenario(S11). A guide message transmitter transmits guide message of Prompt tag to a user terminal with a voice(S12). A service control unit applies a digit map to a DTMF(Dual Tone Multi-Frequency) collector(S13). The DTMF collector collects DTMF which a user inputted(S14). The DTMF collector inspects validity of the collected DTMF(S15). |
