Provided is aqueous immunogenic composition capable of inducing a synergistic immune response that is bactericidal against serogroups B, C, W135 and Y of N. meningitidis, wherein the composition comprises: a conjugated serogroup capsular saccharide antigen C, W135, Y and the following proteins: NadA protein in oligomeric form, a 741 protein, a 936 protein, a 953 protein and a 287 protein with specified sequences. The proteins may be 70% identical variants comprising specified epitopes. The compositions can be used as vaccines for multiple strains of N. meningitidis. (62) Divided Out of 546430
