The invention relates to the heat engineering, in particular to hot-water boilers for the supply of living premise heating systems. The hot-water boiler burning gaseous fuel comprises a body, which includes a water jacket (2) to supply the heating system and a water jacket (3) for household water, equipped with cold water admission pipes (15) and hot water discharge pipes, a furnace (4) for gaseous fuel with a burner (5) and with an air flow regulating device. The body also comprises a protrusion (7), a partition (8), a reflector (9), and a smoke stack. The boiler also comprises vertical tubular heat exchangers (10), located in cylindrical flues, at the same time the ends of the heat exchangers are connected to the water jacket (2), the smoke stack is made with four horizontal outlets, equipped with protective elements.
