发明名称 FLOW ACCELERATOR OF SEE CURRENTS.
摘要 1. The accelerator of see currents is composed from rotating wings around a vertical axis, each wing is composed from two half wings, between which is the vertical axis, having panels rotating to a single direction working thus as valves ( 6 ). The perimeters of rotation of the wings are connected in couples with gearwheels or driving belts, so to force the wings to rotate coordinately, in opposite directions, presenting continuously the maximum of their area, that means of their resistance against the current. A small wheel ( 11 ) is connected with one of the perimeters of rotation of the wings by driving belt and its rotation is accelerated analogously to its smaller perimeter in comparison of these of the wheel. Afterwards, the small wheel transmits its movement in a larger wheel, connected to and rotating around it ( 11A ). The result is that the peripheral velocity of the larger wheel - around the small - is now greater than the velocity which it would have if would rotate alone under the pressure of the current. This acceleration is possible because of the - except of the grate wheels 1 and 2 - the others are flat disks rotating parallel to the current ( 11, 11A, 12, 12A, 13, 13A ), so they don`t present hydrodynamic resistance. This proceeding is repeated when the larger wheel ( 11A ) transmits to another small wheel ( 12 ) which again activates another larger wheel rotating connected around it ( 12A ). Similar phases of acceleration are repeated until the captured by the wheels 1 and 2 of the wings dynamic energy of the current is exhausted. To the end these phases of acceleration finish to a last small wheel ( 14 ) which activates a generator ( 7 ). The rotations can be done on cyclic monorails. The whole system is based upon a basis over a scaffold or an anchored float, that depends on the depth of the see. The movement on many monorails 22 can be segmented. In this case the panels of the wings 6 are moving independently between the monorails, while their moments are coordinated by tackles 20 connected between them and with the wings by driving belts or chains. The dimensions of the system depend only on how heavy the moving parts can be. In alternative, the movement of the panels can be as a whole, along a unique radius, if these panels are connected by strong bridges 18 over the monorails 22, transferring thus the pressure of the moment to the external part of the wings.
