The valve has a tubular base body (1) with a collar (3) arranged at one end (2) of the body. The collar projects from the base body as a funnel. Retaining units (5) are formed at another end (4) of the body. Retaining units are formed as cams (6), which project transverse to a longitudinal axis of the body in plate-like or ball-like manner. The body possesses height in the range of 2 cm to 10 cm. The tubular base body comprises a continuous slot along the longitudinal axis. The valve is made of plastic or biodegradable material i.e. lignin contained polymer. An independent claim is also included for a balloon comprising a lip.
