PURPOSE: A method for providing a conference system and a communication terminal for the conference system are provided to store recoded information in a storage device existing a communication network so that a user may utilize the recorded information anywhere and anytime. CONSTITUTION: A communication module(220) receives business information from a business card device including the business information, and a recording module(230) records the voice information and/or video information. A controlling module(210) receives a conference recording signal from the user. The control module responds to the conference recording signal in order to allow the voice and/or video information to be recorded.
