摘要 <p>The invention relates to a hybrid bipolar electric energy storage system that comprises at least one electrochemical accumulator (10) and at least one supercapacitor (20). The storage system forms a single assembly due to the presence of a bipolar electrode (1) that is common to the electrochemical accumulator and the supercapacitor, the common bipolar electrode including an electrically conducting substrate bearing an electrode of the electrochemical accumulator on one surface thereof and an electrode of the supercapacitor on the other surface thereof. The electric energy storage system is provided with electrical connections to the electrochemical accumulator (C1) and to the supercapacitor (C3), the common bipolar electrode forming an electrical connection (C2) that is common to the electrochemical accumulator and the supercapacitor.</p>
